How to Schedule an Appointment for Evaluation
Any family interested in receiving a NACD program evaluation is required to complete the following steps:
- Purchase the Guide to Child Development and Education - Miracles of Child Development audio series. Listening to this 6-hour audio seminar is a PRE-REQUISITE for all families.This series provides a basic understanding of the NACD approach to child development and education. Click here to order this item from our bookstore.
- Listen to the series and complete the note outline
- Complete the contents of the application package in its entirety. The Pledge of Commitment must be read and signed, indicating your level of commitment. You may complete the items by printing the Adult Application or the Child Application from our web site by clicking here. Or you can contact us at info@nacd.org to have the forms mailed to you, free of charge.
- Return the completed application to the National Office in Ogden, Utah.
- Deposits are required to secure your appointment as outlined in the Fee Schedule.
- Families are required to have an active email account while NACD program members.
You will be contacted by our office regarding your acceptance to the NACD program approximately 3-4 weeks after your application package and deposit have been received and reviewed.
