How to Register

Welcome and check-in is TBA. There is a registration fee per family due at the time of registration.

Contact Denise at Denise@nacd.org or 801-621-8606 to let her know that you are planning on attending the Rendezvous. At that time she will need the following information:

Parents Name
Children attending
Current Chapter
Dates you are arriving and departing
Email address
Phone number
Payment information for registration fee

Approximately two weeks before the Rendezvous you will receive your registration packet with general information, plus information on the activities that will be available for your family to participate. During Check-in you will be asked to confirm which activities your family plans on attending.
